JD Builders (John) was the fifth builder that provided us with an estimate. There were a number of things that set John apart from the others. He listened to what we had to say, always answered his phone, and did a good job of explaining what our different build options were. The build contract was simple, easy to understand, and did not contain any threatening language.

All of John’s employees and sub-contractors that we worked with were top notch, which resulted in a quality build. As with any new home building project there were a few issues that cropped up, but John always addressed them straight away, which really helped lower our stress level. When it came to the total (final) cost of the build, there were no surprises, and in my case, he came in under budget.
